For over 50 years, Beck Bechtelheimer has served the racing community with distinction as an announcer for races that have been held at nearly every track in the southern Colorado region. After his start at Pikes Peak Speedway in the 1960’s, he was the starting line radio announcer for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb for 49 years. Beck is a recipient of the 2017 Jerry Van Dyke Memorial Award.
